While I can understand any kid who finds the Muppets Animal frightening, I was never personally scared of animals. The Muppet who had me shaking with fear was Miss Piggy. I found the cold, cruel evil she directed at other Muppets much more terrifying than the wild but relatively innocent misbehavior of Animal.
