Yeah, Just Don’t
Here’s a rule that many people always break. If someone has their headphones on or their earbuds in, don’t talk to them. They’re listening to music, a podcast, watching a movie, or they’re secretly eavesdropping on your convo. Trying to talk to someone who’s listening intently to what other people are saying is just downright rude.
If they only have one earbud in, the same rule applies. If they have no earbuds in, just assume they don’t want to talk to you. Those that will actually want to talk are people who wear a TALK TO ME sign on the front of their shirt.
