It’s a Paradox
Introverts are some of the most self-aware people out there. They know what sort of situations will make them feel uncomfortable, and they also know what they do that can make other people feel uncomfortable—e.g., be in their presence. Basically, introverts are smart enough to realize they have a social problem.
But are they smart enough to fix it? We’re not saying they aren’t… this guy is. If you really want to break out of your introvert shell, do what we do: join a hobby community and learn from people who are the masters of their craft. You will have tons in common with them, and people are more than willing to talk to great lengths about what they enjoy doing.
