Anxiety and stress are something that most introverts experience in excess on a daily basis. Going out, being around people, talking to people – all these everyday activities are stress-inducing for introverts. We try our best to rid ourselves of these feelings, but it’s a long journey, and they somehow find a way to keep haunting us.
Studies have shown that our body temperature rises when we experiences stress or anxiety.
