Bizarre Wind Turbine
Why is it that the strangest objects are always found when we look up at the sky? This “spinning wind turbine” was clipped onto some power lines and the OP was utterly confused because he had never seen anything like it. Was it related to aliens or was it a real-life “Stranger Things” moment?
Turns out it was neither. This device is called a “Bird flight diverter” and its purpose is in its name. It basically reflects light while rotating to veer birds away from the lines making it an economical and effective way to keep both the lines and the birds safe.
