Baffling Band
People find all sorts of things lying around when they’re out and about. Sometimes, you may come across something that is totally alien and you end up scratching your head wondering what you’re looking at. That’s what happened with this OP who found a strange piece of plastic.
Was it for cable bundling or was it some sort of wrist band, they wondered. Well, they were close. Apparently, it is an ankle band or rather a clip-on shoe light for runners who venture out after sunset. These reflective LED clip-ons are lightweight and water-resistant and make runners visible to passing traffic, keeping them safe.
