Segway and Subway
This story is a pretty wholesome one involving multiple convicts who just got out of jail. They all took a Greyhound bus to their respective destinations, and they couldn’t wrap their minds around how people could travel on Segway scooters! To be honest, we were awestruck by Segways when they first came out, too.
Then the OP went to a Subway eatery and got a sandwich. To most of us, Subway sandwiches taste like stale bread slathered in sauce with dry toppings. To this man who had just escaped the clutches of prison, it tasted just like freedom. Godspeed, ex-prisoner man!
