Taking classes on using normal stuff
It’s nice that at least someone cares about helping former prisoners get used to living in society again. We wish there were more programs like the one this guy talked about. Perhaps newly free ex-prisoners wouldn’t feel so overwhelmed if they knew what they were going to see.
The program in question teaches ex-cons how to use regular, everyday stuff like towel dispensers and automatic sinks. The only thing we regret is that they teach them how to use stuff that hardly works. Perhaps teaching them about smartphones, the internet, streaming Netflix shows, and learning about traffic lights would be more productive.
