The tech boom
Technology in the early-1990s seems so primitive compared to what we have today. However, for a person who entered prison in the 1980s, we can definitely see how the “tech boom” of the 1990s could blow a person’s mind. However, the thing that stunned this guy was something that we consider a traffic fixture: the arrows on traffic lights.
You must’ve seen them before. When the arrow is red, you can’t turn in the direction that the arrow is pointing. Even if the traffic light to drive straight is still green, those that want to turn have to abide by the arrow. It makes turning across much easier.
