Cell phones
Earlier, we told you that cell phones have pretty much replaced home telephones for good. However, it wasn’t an immediate change. People had to lug around heavy, two-pound devices that were inconvenient, had bad reception, and didn’t even have any preinstalled games. Also, texting wouldn’t be a thing until 1992.
Fast-forward a decade later, and everyone had their own cell phones. As time went on, cell phones became smaller and smaller. Today, we have powerful smartphones with long-lasting batteries and awesome cameras. Also, we can control several smart devices at home just by downloading an app and tapping the phone screen.
