Tiny Play Kitchen
Toddlers love to pretend they’re working in the kitchen. But, since they can’t reach the counters, and it would be dangerous even if they could, parents usually try to offer their kids a pretend kitchen instead. Unfortunately, play kitchens can take up a lot of room in your house, and these large plastic sets are often an eyesore. And expensive, as well.
Why not create your own version that’s smaller and more reasonably priced? For example, this IKEA stool can make a wonderful kid’s play kitchen with a bit of imagination and some chalk paint. However, the inclusion of a basket underneath can serve for storage or an oven, making this possibly the hardest working kitchen in your house.
