Denise Richards then
In middle school, actress Denise Richards (49) was the only girl on the baseball team. She loved sports as a child, but after high school she changed direction and began modeling. In her early days as a model, following her high school graduation (where she was voted in the yearbook the “best looking” in her high school), she traveled to the biggest fashion capitals of the world, to shoot campaigns and commercials.
In the early nineties, Richards embarked on her acting career. She appeared in film and television, in minor and lead roles, in comedies and dramas, including the films Loaded Weapon 1 (1993) and Lookin’ Italian (1994), and guest roles in TV shows such as Saved by the Bell, Married… with Children, Doogie Howser, M.D and Melrose Place. However, her breakthrough role came in 1997 with the science-fiction film Starship Troopers.
