The Titanic’s third class was filled with hopeful immigrants from Ireland, Sweden, Finland, and Belgium, making up 709 of the 2,200 passengers. These individuals, far from wealthy, were in pursuit of a brighter future in America.

Unlike its contemporaries, the Titanic catered to third-class passengers with provided meals and activities, a rarity at the time. Yet, these passengers faced the challenge of residing below noisy decks and sharing just two bathrooms among over 350 individuals.
