These days, there are many people that have become infatuated with the practice of yoga. Not only is yoga an excellent way to get in your daily need of exercise, but it is also a great way to enable mindful thinking, and to generally take things slow.
Believe it or not, the Duchess of Cambridge is a yogi! The Duchess has always found health and fitness to be a very important part of life, and amongst her exercise regimen is the ever-humble yoga. Kate finds that yoga to be an excellent tool to relax, stretch and reflect.
