Blending In
We often see camouflage prints from soldiers’ coats and pants uniforms. However, camouflage does not always have to be a certain type of print just like what’s on the soldiers’ uniforms. Camouflage in fashion means being able to blend in with your surroundings. And sometimes, it is just a product of a lucky accident since we don’t see it sometimes unless someone points it out.
Take this woman for example. Her dress of a certain pattern and color palette is somewhat the same as the color palette of the road and her surroundings. The yellow line surprisingly matches with the yellow streak on her dress, which creates the illusion of camouflage. Needless to say, this is a work of art… and fashion, of course.
