We’re Tired Right Now
We’re tired. Are you tired? Sure, you’re tired. Working however many hours at the office, coming home to vacuum your floors, prepare dinner, look through Netflix’s vast library of shows until your food goes cold. These are all things that can make a person feel tired, and don’t let anyone convince you otherwise.
Just because someone else works twice as hard as you and spends twice as long looking for the perfect TV show to watch while eating doesn’t nullify your tiredness levels at all. The best thing we can do is try to get 7-9 hours of sleep every night, and sprinkle in brief rest periods while we’re at work. Focus on your mental health, friends, and your body will thank you.
