#17: Bandits (2001)
Bandits gives the genre a lighthearted twist. Bruce Willis and Billy Bob Thornton play two robbers who charm their way into banks instead of storming in. Things get complicated when a spirited woman, played by Cate Blanchett, ends up falling for both of them. The mix of humor, romance, and crime makes the story surprisingly warm. You almost forget you’re watching a robbery; until love and loyalty test everyone’s limits.
