This casual gathering found somewhere in Austin, Texas, definitely lives up to the city’s slogan of “Keep Austin Weird.” These friends are just hanging out, playing some skeeball, and relaxing. Totally normal, right? Well, almost. For whatever reason, they’re all wearing animal head masks. This photo is either totally staged, or Google caught some furries enjoying the summer sun.

It gets hot down in Austin. We can’t really expect furry fans to dress in head-to-toe fur suits. That would be way too hot and not enjoyable. When a furry passes out due to overheating, it really puts a damper on the whole gathering. Thankfully, it seems that this group of friends has discovered a happy medium.
