#21: The Teletubbies?
This image capture is from what has to be the most elaborate internet stunt ever. In 2018, someone name Anna Tolkacheva uploaded some panorama shots of Norilsk, Russia, onto Google Maps. In each one of their shots, there are four men in brightly colored, monochromatic snowsuits walking around. Their snowsuits stand out against the dreary, snow-covered landscape and they’re doing odd things like looking into mailboxes or staring off into the distance.

No one knows who these men are, making it an entertaining Google Maps mystery. This stunt was so elaborate that Anna was uploading photos featuring these primary-colored men in and around Norilsk up until 2019. The whole city hasn’t been charted by Google and relies on photos uploaded by users. So, if you drop a pin almost anywhere in Norilsk, you’re bound to see one of these guys.
