#16: Rush Hour Traffic
Traffic is getting out of hand these days. It’s getting so bad that even satellites can see the build-up from space. We’re exaggerating, of course, but the fact that this airplane was perfectly captured by a Google satellite tells us that planes are everywhere these days. A Virgin Atlantic flight was caught red-handed as it flew over a sleepy UK town.
Although there are about 7,700 to over 8,000 planes in the sky at any given moment, it’s still surprising to see one captured in a satellite image. Honestly, it looks pretty cool. The plane is traveling so fast that it looks a bit blurry with a rainbow aura around it. Wherever this flight was headed, it’s now commemorated on Google Maps for the world to see.
