Good historical movies that still got history wrong

Pearl Harbor (2001) dramatized the Japanese attack on Hawaii that pushed the United States into World War II. While the attack itself is recreated with impressive scale, much of the surrounding story is fictional. Historians criticized the invented romance and the way real military figures were overshadowed.
