Wordplay With Herbs
It’s always good to label your spices and herbs so that when you’re cooking hurriedly, you don’t have to waste too much time trying to figure out what’s what. This OP gave that responsibility to her darling husband and she wasn’t disappointed. In fact, you could say she was pleasantly surprised.
Instead of going with the usual “Parsley,” “Dill,” “Oregano,” and “Thyme,” he decided to have a little fun with it. Our favorite ones have to be “I beg your Parsley,” and “It’s Go Thyme.” Wonder how he would have labeled a bottle of rosemary. Maybe he would have gone with “Rosemary’s Baby” and mint could have been “Mint to be.” We’re getting all kinds of ideas now…
