People nowadays hate talking on the phone, and with pizza orders, I get why. During a party where everyone was hungry and a bit tipsy, you had to yell at the poor employee at the pizza place about your order, and they probably got a topping or two wrong. Or if you were bored, you and your friends would call the pizza place to prank some poor employee. Also, during a busy night, you may have been on hold for a while and then get disconnected. Nowadays, you just use the app. No fuss, no muss. But those apps can be a hassle sometimes, so I act like it’s 1985.
