#10: Pineapple Upside-Down Cake
Pineapple upside-down cake always felt fancy just from the concept alone. You made a cake with the pineapples on the bottom, then flipped it upside down so they were on top. If you wanted to go the extra mile and impress your guests, that was your go-to cake.
