#16: Sega Dreamcast
Sure, Nintendo had the N64, but Sega had the Dreamcast. It was a bittersweet video game console in some ways since it was Sega’s final one. Released first in Japan in 1998, the Dreamcast ended up being a commercial failure. Despite that, a lot of games were released that remain fan favorites for the system to this day including Soulcalibur, Jet Set Radio, and Sonic Adventure.
