Stuffed pepper
Stuffed peppers are a great side dish for dinnertime. The recipe usually calls for rice and cheese to go inside of half of a bell pepper for added munch. However, it seems that nature has a completely different idea of what stuffed peppers look like. As you can see, this ripe red bell pepper has a second bell pepper growing inside of it.
And the best part is that both parts are edible! Young bell peppers aren’t as sweet but offer similar levels of tang and spice. You can’t regrow the seeds since they’re not fully developed, though. Or you can take out the Siamese pepper and stuff the red pepper with rice and cheese.
