Priorities
This seems like a no-brainer on both sides: her boyfriend obviously thought that making this ultimatum will finally encourage them to take the next step in their relationship, while all the while, all this girl heard was “free world series tickets,” and it wasn’t a difficult choice. If she can flaunt their breakup this easily, perhaps this relationship wasn’t meant to be, and this girl did them both a favor.
Even if things seem dark at the moment, if it was this easy for her choosing the tickets over their relationship, it probably means she wasn’t the right girl for him, and he’s better off without her. It’s one thing to choose the tickets over the ring (I know some people who’d make a similar decision), but publishing it proudly on the court-side seems unnecessary.
