While us humans are having a hard time adjusting to the new situation, namely the social distancing, for our cats it is a way of life. Cats have always known they are superior to humans, they didn’t need another reminder of that, but here they have it: they have been practicing social distancing as a way of life before we even came up with this term, and now they’re looking down at us humans, as if they are saying, “told you so.”

These two neighbors are catching up on their normal get together, where they show us how social distancing is done. While on day 28 of this lockdown we go crazy, this is the time for our cats to shine. This is the moment they’ve been waiting for.
