Maybe we haven’t done justice in explaining just how awesome CFA’s well-done option is. You can get anything at CFA cooked well-done, including their heavenly waffle fries. They’re crispy enough as is, but if you really want to go to crisp town, then just ask the cook to whip you up a batch of their well-done waffle fries. Go on, we’ll wait here.
There’s a reason why people go to CFA for their deep-fried potatoes instead of other establishments that sell shoestring fries: there’s more surface area on each piece of fried potato, and if you cook them for a few seconds longer in the fryer, the ridges and edges become super-crisp.
