A Somewhat Healthier Food Option
If you’re looking to get in shape for the summer, why in the world would you consider eating at CFA? The food is probably just about as fatty as in other fast-food chains, but still, go for a run and watch your diet. You can have a cheat day once every month or so, but there’s no such thing as a CFA-filled cheat week!
But if you want to eat healthier at CFA, you can always do what this person did: swap out the buns for two leaves of lettuce. The chicken and cheese are still as fatty and calorie-loaded as ever, but at least you’re shaving carbs by skipping the bun. Celebrate every tiny victory.
