The era of the influencer
If you’ve been to a wonderful restaurant and had delicious food, and you were the kind of person who posted online reviews, then you’d imagine the review would be pretty positive. Not so in the age of the social media influencer. These days there are other things to consider before you judge an establishment.
Even though the food was great, the one-star review is mainly about how this reviewer wasn’t given a discount just for having an Instagram account. I’m a little shocked at how cheeky it is to damage a business’ reputation because you think you’re entitled to free stuff. Someone needs to learn manners.
