This certified genius found not one but many loopholes to make his life easier and cheaper in Boston. He had a lavish van that he parked in a heated garage for just $300.
He used his $10 gym membership to have hot showers, got many free meals from a restaurant where he worked as a server, and used free Wi-Fi from a coffee shop above him. Basically, he lived in downtown Boston for just $310 a month and that’s insane….insanely clever!
