Wanting The Elevator All To Yourself
When introverts don’t get enough alone time, it affects their mental health. Symptoms include difficulty sleeping or eating, frequent colds, headaches, back pains or allergies, irritability, difficulty concentrating and making decisions, feeling trapped and meaningless in life, exhaustion, and a sense of being disconnected from your usual self. It’s best to keep these warning signs in mind and to check in with yourself frequently if you’re not feeling well.
Although it is simple to become deeply involved in daily responsibilities that necessitate us to put on smiles and perform constantly, health should never be overlooked. Make time to prioritize your own well-being. The world is patient. Living in a society dominated by extroversion can be tiring for an introvert. It’s sometimes pleasant to just halt, pull back, and do what they love without being judged by others.
