Dietary requirements
We live in a world where everyone is “allergic” to something. Obviously, there are those people with very serious allergies, and it’s great that they can eat out now without risking horrendous reactions.
You also have those who have adopted complicated food aversions because they’ve read a magazine article, or think that it’s hip. We even seem to have gotten to the point where the WiFi claims to be gluten-free. So, did customers ask, or is the owner not very bright?
