No planning necessary
We think that you need a degree in urban planning to plan a city layout. However, this might not be true in every place, as you can see with what happened in this unfortunate town. How are they going to build an apartment complex right in the middle of a four-lane road? And did nobody protest while construction was going on?
We’re going to take a wild guess and assume that the owner of these apartment buildings is a politician or at least an influential member of congress. Either that, or they weren’t willing to sell their land to “the man” like in Up.
