#9: Bohemian Rhapsody (2018)
Bohemian Rhapsody is a biographical drama exploring the life of Queen’s lead singer, Freddie Mercury. As it turns out, the film features pop star Adam Lambert, in what is, in our opinion, one of the best cameos in recent movie history. Adam is depicted as a random truck driver, and Freddie Mercury starts paying much closer attention to him. All the while he is openly questioning his sexuality.
Lambert is actually pretty much not recognizable here, which is why many people hit pause while watching the movie, trying to figure out who the actor is. This is all tribute to clever make-up tricks, his bushy hair all grown out, and some new facial hair – a mustache. This cameo is even more heartfelt because Adam Lambert has followed in Freddie Mercury’s footsteps for the last decade, he worked as the touring lead singer for Queen.
