#18: A Red Green Apple?
Here’s another packaging and manufacturing fail: a bag of green apple-flavored cough drops turned out to be red-flavored instead. I don’t know what that flavor would be, but I’m betting that it’s not the green apple that was advertised. And I guess that’s not the end of the world; a cough drop will still work, even if it’s the wrong flavor.

But it does make you wonder a little: if they can make an error that big, what other errors are they capable of making? If a company is making something that is supposed to be (at least somewhat) medicinal, I would like to know that they take quality assurance very seriously.
