Peppers Are Rich in Vitamin C
This is not what you typically think when someone says peppers, but it is true. Peppers, depending on the color can contain as much, if not more vitamin C than oranges. We have long thought of oranges as one of the strongest sources of natural vitamin C. As it turns out, we were wrong.
Next time you want to get your daily dose of vitamin C, try juicing a bell pepper. We bet you it is just as disgusting as it sounds, if not more. In all seriousness, you should eat them raw in a salad, as to maintain as much of the healthy stuff as possible.
