Christina Wrote a Book on Wellness
If there’s one person we’d trust when it comes to matters of health and wellness, it’s Christina Haack. Not surprisingly, she has literally written a book called “The Wellness Remodel” along with nutritionist Cara Clark. The book is for busy parents and career-focused people who want recipes and tips to stay healthy despite their demanding schedules.
According to her, one must say no to fad diets and those that limit certain food groups and go back to eating real food that makes your body look and feel good. The book also has tips on how to tune in to one’s hunger and craving cues to make the journey to becoming fit easier.
