Artisan Potholes.
Potholes are meant to be fixed by the authorities, but the majority of the time they are left unattended for long periods of time. It becomes a hindrance for the people who commute around them, as they have to dodge those potholes frequently.
When this guy found himself in this dilemma, he took it upon himself to fix the problem. He used mosaic tiles to make out the most beautiful and intriguing designs on top of the potholes. He made sure they do not go unnoticed by anyone who passes by.
