Different but the same
If you’ve ever driven northbound for ten hours straight, where do you end up? Depending on where you are in in the US, you’ll probably encounter weird things. Like, they might not call it a quarter-pounder with cheese there. They might call it something completely different that makes you question why that place even exists!
But in Finland, if you travel north for ten hours straight, everything will be almost completely the same. They’ll dress the same, act the same, not speak to each other the same, and drink as much coffee as you do down south. Sure, the trees will be shorter, but that’s about it.
