
In our modern world filled with high-tech gadgets, it’s easy to forget how resourceful we once were with everyday products. Not so long ago, items we had at home served multiple roles and could be repurposed creatively without spending additional money. Some everyday products had totally different uses back then, and we will always remember those resourceful times.
#1: Butter containers as leftover bowls
This is something we can probably all relate to: butter containers. Once the last bit of butter was scraped out, those plastic tubs made perfect leftover bowls. Who didn’t have a few stacked in the fridge, filled with mystery meals? It was practical and economical. They created a colorful variety of unidentified food treasures in the fridge.
