39. Showering habits
Nothing matches the feeling of taking a good shower at the end of a long day and feeling your worries and stress literally wash off your body. Some people like taking a shower before going to bed, others like to start their day with a refreshing shower, and hit the world clean and rejuvenated, and some people like to have the best of both worlds: a shower in the morning, and another one at the end of the day.
However, while this might contradict all our instincts, we’re just going to say it: showering too much isn’t good for us. While our soul might appreciate it, our bodies don’t. We have good bacteria on our skin that is necessary to keep it healthy, and over-showering might remove this bacteria, causing our skin to dry off, leading to other skin issues in turn. For this reason, one shower per day is more than enough.
