31. Pennsylvania
If you thought horse-drawn buggies are long gone from the world, it means you didn’t pay a visit to Pennsylvania in quite some time. What the Quaker State is most known for, of course, is their massive population of Amish, who, incidentally, use horse-drawn buggies as their leading means of transportation. Since Pennsylvania is home to the largest population of Amish in the country, seeing a horse-drawn buggy along the roads is not an uncommon sight (in some parts of the country more than others, to be fair).

Seeing a drunken Amish teenager crashing the buggy into a police car, however, is a whole other story. However, perhaps when you have the biggest population of Amish in the country, incidents such as this one are not as uncommon as we might think.
