Hidden Notes in The Nightmare Before Christmas
Since its release, the beloved Nightmare Before Christmas has garnered a cult following of sorts. It’s no wonder- the movie is complex, totally original, and highly creative. It’s also full of small details that have lovers of this movie watching it again and again.
Look closely at Jack Skellington’s calculations- they make for a good chuckle. In one part you can see “12.25.93” which is the movie’s release date. In another calculation, Jack has written chestnuts over (literally) an open fire and made it look like a fraction and part of the overall equation for Christmas. Too clever!
