It’s a Wonderful Life
Absolutely no holiday season is complete without this beautiful, classic Christmas story. The movie first came out in 1946, and has been a family favorite ever since. While filming the movie, a crew member made a mistake and dropped a bunch of props making a commotion- just as Uncle Billy is leaving the Bailey home.
The actor playing Uncle Billy yelled out, “I’m alright, I’m alright!” even though it was unscripted and unplanned. This improvised line ended up saving the scene, and the director included it in the final cut of the movie. The crew member also got a little bonus for his unintended contribution!
