High School
Unfortunately, there’s one type of dream we’ll continue to have, even as adults; it’s about high school. It’s like our brain takes us on a trip down memory lane. Scientists believe these dreams can be a way for us to process unresolved feelings or experiences from our past problems or situations.
It’s also possible that our brains randomly pull memories and images from our past as we sleep. Since high school is such a formative time, it often pops up in our dreams. Either way, it’s pretty crazy how vivid those dreams can feel, even if they’re just a visit to somewhere old.
