Trashcan nightstand
When you want to freshen up a room but don’t want to spend a fortune, just changing something simple can make the world of difference. In the bedroom, chunky bedside cabinets or tables can take up a lot of space and make the room feel cluttered. You might want to try this instead.
Pick up a cheap wire trashcan from the dollar store, spray paint it if you like (or if you’re feeling artistic), and pop it upside down next to the bed. You can still have somewhere to pop your book and your glass of water, but it doesn’t feel too heavy. The best thing, if you get bored of it you can change it as it cost next to nothing.
