Pills are a type of drug intended to treat or prevent illness. They are usually used to treat or prevent conditions including, but not limited to, malaria, cholera, and diabetes. They are also used as an analgesic to relieve pain. Medicines are used to treat diseases, cure symptoms, help the body to heal, and prevent infections from occurring.
Why are pharmaceutical companies so mean? Why would they make medicine that looks exactly like candy? There’s no wonder why kids pop mommy and daddy’s pills—they can’t tell medicine and candy apart! So, thanks for the label, pharmacists, but you just admitted that most kids who accidentally digest medicine can’t read!
