Dinner’s Served?
Do you know what sandpaper is? Then you already know what sandpaper isn’t. Sandpaper isn’t supposed to be placed on a dish and served for dinner, but if you’re desperate enough, and if your tongue and throat can handle the abrasive surface, we say go for it.
Somehow, the OP managed to make a sheet of sandpaper look almost exactly like a seared brisket. It’s only after you flip the “brisket” over that you’ll realize something’s wrong with your dinner. It appears far too flat to be a slice of beef, and the white sheet of paper underneath is probably inedible.
